1. DEFINITIONS

Each term beginning below with a capital letter has the meaning given to it in its definition in this article. "Terms of Use" means this document. "Special Conditions": means the terms and conditions of use specific to certain Services taken individually. "Services": means all or part of the services provided by La Poste to Users and accessible through the Site. The Services include the information made available to Users as well as the services of preparation of shipments, tracking of shipments, calculation of postage cost. "Site": means the portal site accessible at www.laposte.fr and / or any other address that La Poste substitutes or adjoins. "Users": means any natural or legal person using one or more Services.

2. OBJECT

This document constitutes the Terms of Use of the Services. The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Services by the User. It is specified that the use of the Services, is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use as provided in the following article.

3. HIERARCHY, ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION

3.1 Hierarchy

Swiss Post provides the Services according to these Terms of Use. Some Services may have their own conditions of use (the Special Conditions) that supplement the Terms of Use.

The Special Conditions are an integral part of the Terms of Use. If the terms, conditions and mentions of the Terms of Use conflict with the Special Conditions, these Terms of Use shall prevail.

3.2 Acceptance

Swiss Post provides you with its Services provided you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. We advise you to regularly refer to the latest version of the Terms of Use. In any case, you are deemed to have accepted them simply by using the Services. Any use of the Services implies acceptance of the Terms of Use in their latest version.

3.3 Modification

The Terms of Use may be modified at any time by the Post Office. In this case, the modified Terms of Use will come into force as soon as they are posted. We recommend the User to read the Terms of Use regularly. The User is deemed to accept this latest version for each new connection to the Services.

4. REGISTRATION TO SERVICES

In order to use certain Services you must complete a registration form and provide data about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. In the event that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, La Poste will take any measure it deems useful to suspend your access to the service concerned, permanently or temporarily.

5. PERSONAL DATA

The User expressly gives his / her consent that the personal data concerning him / her that are collected as part of the registration procedures for certain Services, are processed only for the purposes of these Services. In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, La Poste undertakes to use the User's personal data only for the strict purposes specified above. La Poste expressly undertakes not to process, in a manner incompatible with the purposes of the Services, to not publish, disclose or transmit information concerning the User, without his prior consent.
