Today, over 4 million people, which are over 60, live alone. To offer tailored support to senior citizens, La Poste has launched the "Veiller sur mes parents" (care and provide for my parents) service. Regular home visits, 24/7 remote assistance, plus, additional services such as the Ardoiz tablet, home deliveries of food, meals and medication... A range of services to help the elderely live well and fully at home.

La Poste Group is committed to providing a universal service, which includes helping the younger generations who have very specific concerns. For instance, for those living in rural areas, access to the driving theory is sometimes very complicated due to the time it takes to process candidate applications, geographical distance, and dissuasive prices. La poste identifies a real need. Therefore, they decided to act upon it by offering candidates the chance to register on the website to take their theoretical driving test at one of the 550 fully-equipped postal sites. Our service can last under 48 hours and at a reduced price. The result: over 2 million people have taken advantage of this new opportunity.
